Hi there! I'm Sergey (Серёжа in Russian), a PhD student in the Adameyko group at the Medical University of Vienna. My main passion lies in single-cell genomics and the statistical methods used for its analysis. In 2021, I graduated from the Faculty of Bioengineering and Bioinformatics of Moscow State University, and I also have industry experience from working at BostonGene.
At the moment, I'm working under the guidance of Igor Adameyko and Peter Kharchenko, developing approaches for the analysis and interpretation of multimodal single-cell omics and lineage barcoding experiments. Beyond that, I contribute to the single-cell analysis community as much as I can. In my free time, I like watching films and partying with my lovely friends.
